Zan Center – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Zan Center’s website, consultations, and digital services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • Zan Center is a virtual healthcare and wellness clinic providing medical consultations, coaching, and digital programs.
  • All services are delivered online through secure platforms (video, audio, email, or messaging).
  • These Terms apply to all users of Zan Center services, including patients, course participants, and website visitors.

2. Medical Disclaimer

  • Consultations are provided by licensed healthcare professionals in accordance with Pakistan medical standards.
  • Services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you experience a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number immediately.
  • Patients are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information to ensure safe and effective care.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to access consultations, unless accompanied by or with the consent of a parent/guardian.
  • By booking a consultation, you confirm that you are the person receiving the service and that you meet eligibility requirements

4. Appointments & Services

  • Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.
  • Appointment times will be communicated via email or SMS
  • Services are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered individual.
  • Reports, prescriptions, or certificates (if applicable) will be delivered electronically within 48 hours of the consultation.

5. Fees & Payment

  • Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking through secure payment channels.
  • Zan Center reserves the right to update service fees, with changes published on our website.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Consultations:

    • Cancellations made ≥ 24 hours in advance → full refund or free rescheduling.

    • Cancellations made <24 hours in advance → non-refundable.

    • No-shows without notice → non-refundable.
  • Courses & Programs:

    • Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if the course has not been accessed or downloaded.

    • Once accessed, no refunds will be issued.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with data protection laws.
  • Information collected (name, contact details, health history, payment details) is used only for healthcare delivery, payment processing, and service improvement.
  • All medical records are confidential and will not be shared without your consent, unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Zan Center and its clinicians will not be liable for:

    • Any emergency medical situations outside the scope of virtual care.

    • Patient outcomes where inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information was provided.
