Consultations:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refundor can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

Courses & Programs:
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed or downloaded. Once course materials are accessed, refunds cannot be issued.
No-shows:
Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded.
